First ever Creamfields Abu Dhabi announced

Creamfields takes its dance brand to new territories, in the United Arab Emirates

Since most of Europe and some of the U.S. now head into winter, which is a time to be spend indoors, also making it a worse time for dance festivals like in the summer, dance brands, event organizers along with working DJs tend to shift their attention towards the more appropriate climates for outdoor parties and big events. In this line, the Miami Beach Winter Music Festival was announced, and you can read all about it in my last post on WorkingDJ.com, but in the same category, the Creamfields dance brand is conquering new land by expanding its festivals, now to the United Arab Emirates, where the first ever Creamfields outdoor festival will take place on December 11th, 2009.

This also means Creamfields is breaking another record, as its festival in December will also be the first major dance festival to ever take place in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the U.A.E., and while party goers in the area are used to having world renowned working DJs mixing in the clubs around, it’s going to be the first time all of those big names get together into one big festival, like only Creamfields is able to organize. As it was to be expected, Creamfields provides most of the brand and working DJs being there, but they partnered up with Flash Entertainment, one of the country’s main event organizer and promotion company, which will help with the specific details.

Flash Entertainment will work mostly on the details of the event plan for Creamfields U.A.E. 2009, but so far, they can guarantee music lovers that they’ll be able to move freely between a giant live performance outdoor stage and a number of smaller DJ arenas organized nearby, where top working DJs from all over the world will take control of their DJ turntables and keep the crowds happy. As it seems, the Creamfields in Abu Dhabi in 2009 will try to make sure that whatever your taste is in electronic music and DJ-ing, you’ll be able to satisfy it on December the 11th, as efforts are made to cater to all kinds of tastes in music.

As expected, both companies, Flash Entertainment and Creamfields are anticipating the event, not only as it’s a premiere, but also an occasion to bring together music lovers from all over the area into the first major event of such magnitude. For instance, Creamfields CEO, James Barton said: "Festival goers know what they will be getting with one of our events and that is a great out-door set-up with the very best line-up of DJs who aren’t scared to push musical boundaries and who are every bit as enthusiastic about playing their set as the crowd are for hearing it. " .

So even if winter is well on its way, music lover and especially party goers need not worry too much, as the dance music and their favorite working DJs are just shifting gears towards more pleasant climates, where, if you’ve got the money and time, they’ll perform the same great live mixing that they did all summer long. Besides, maybe they’ll have time to sneak in a bit more studio work on albums and other works.
