Pioneer and MixVibes Unite
Pioneer hardware + MixVibes software = New CDJs with rekordbox!
Time for a little math lesson. What do working DJs get when Pioneer, plus MixVibes come together? Working DJs get none other than Pioneer’s brand new CDJ 2000 and CDJ 900 with rekordbox, brand new software released exclusively for Pioneer’s multi players. The age of hardware plus software has been trucking along for quite some time, and every DJ supply store has taken advantage of it without hesitation. Over the years, they’ve impressed many-if not all-working DJs with their bevvy of crazy inventions and original ideas. But no software/hardware collaboration is going to be quite like this.
MixVibes and Pioneer unite for the creation of the rekorbox

So what did Pioneer even see in MixVibes ability to make DJ audio software? Well, for one, they saw a decade of successful products, ease of use, and extra flexibility for the working DJ, which is among the reasons this partnership is golden. What Pioneer also makes certain with their latest DJ gear plus audio software is that working DJs can prepare more before performance time. Also, DJs now have an endless supply of high quality features to work with, like cues, loops, and the ability to quantize loops for perfect synchronization.
No more lugging around libraries of CDs and/or vinyl. A lot of working DJs have benefited from the beauty of USB, as they can simply place an abundant music library onto the USB and take that with them wherever they go, not the twenty pound crates full of CDs and records. Since this brings so much convenience to the working DJ and how he/she operates, naturally it’ll be a part of Pioneer’s CDJ 2000 and 900.
Now, not only will working DJs get to look out for Pioneer’s new hardware, but they get a taste of their new software, rekordbox, too. The only downside is the amount of months working DJs have to wait for the brand new CDJs. The CDJ 2000 won’t be released until November, and the CDJ 900 won’t be released until sometime in December. The wait is unbearable.
