See Ibiza with Sander van Doorn

Here’s your chance to catch both the clubbing and the chilling Ibiza world with Sander van Doorn

It was just my previous post that I talked about Sander van Doorn and his skills, his youth and the way he still has a lot to go in his career, but just a little bit to become one of the best DJs in the world. And if you read that post, you’ll know that towards the end, I mentioned how he didn’t forget his roots, he knows the crowds on the dance floors of the many clubs make him what he is, and so he likes to give back as much as he can. This is one of those times, and a DJ, a Sander van Doorn fan, a clubber or I suppose just someone mildly interested in the DJ world, whatever you are, you have the chance to see the world through the eyes of Sander van Doorn.

That would be impossible, physically speaking, but it’s the closest thing anyway, because the prize for this here contest I”m talking about is a trip to Ibiza with Sander van Doorn himself, and a personal tour through both the life of a top class working DJ and the renowned party atmosphere of Ibiza. Tell me that’s not worth reading through this post…

This competition is organized by Sander van Doorn himself and his manager, as a way of trying to give back to the fans. The prize consists mainly of a paid trip to Ibiza for you (the winner of the contest) and a friend of yours, then you get to be at the Cream club where Sander van Doorn will work his magic, then you get a special day trip with Sander around Ibiza and then you have the rest of the week off, to chill in Ibiza’s warm sand and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

What labor, you ask? That’s easy, and it’s also the only requirement for participating in this contest. What you have to do in order to get all of this is just write a blog on both Sander van Doorn’s website and DJMag’s, another organized of the contest, where you can describe your experience in Ibiza with Sander van Doorn. This works great for everybody, you make the friends at home jealous, posting pictures and such, get the week of your dreams in Ibiza, maybe get a little exposure and Sander van Doorn takes the credit for making it happen.

If you want to check out what style does Sander van Doorn has as a working DJ, check out my previous post on him, but needless to say, he dubbed this new clubbing concept called Dusk til Doorn, and he’s going to perform it as only he can at Cream. That’s something you definitely don’t want to loose. Here’s a breakdown of all the goodies you get as a winner:

two way flights for you and a friend of yours from the UK (that’s where DJMag is based) to Ibiza, leaving on September 9th and returning on the 15th
VIP entry to see Sander van Doorn at Cream, Amnesia on the 10th of September, where you can get a look at the gig from the DJ’s booth
accommodation in Ibiza for 6 nights
a special surprise day trip with Sander van Doorn on the 11th of September
VIP guestlist entrance for any club nights in Ibiza for the remainder of your stay

And you get to write a blog about it on both Sander van Doorn’s website and DJMag. That’ what you need to do, as your part in the bargain.
