Get 500$ worth of pro DJ equipment in the I Rock Behringer photo contest

Since I just finished my previous post on Behringer DJ equipment review and the PMH518M powered DJ mixer, I figured I’d stay close to these guys, especially as there’s some professional DJ equipment to be scored. 500$ worth of it, all Behringer, all to your liking, whatever your working DJ heart desires. One of my many passions being photography, I also figured any DJ interested in both is sure going to be interested in the I Rock Behringer flickr photo contest. The prize, as I said, 500$ worth of your choosing DJ equipment, Behringer made, so I’m picking up from Ria’s trail of DJ contests with this I Rock Behringer contest.

Behringer’s nice and outfront about their contest, and unlike, some other DJ equipment contests I’ve seen, you’re actually not supposed to buy anything to participate. There is a catch though to the I Rock Behringer contest, and that’s that you either have to own, or get someone that owns a Behringer DJ product to let you take a picture with it, rocking away in a club or just chilling out in your home.

There are actually very little restraint about what those photos have to be and DJs pretty much have a free hand getting whatever seems best to them. The way to go about winning the 500$ DJ equipment from Behringer is first, go on and read their contest rules, see if you’re eligible or whatnot, although I don’t see why you wouldn’t be, except the case where there’s no Behringer DJ product in sight for you to grab a pic of. That’s the main request of the I Rock Behringer photo contest, that you have to have a Behringer DJ product, no matter which, show up clearly in your DJ setup or whatever environment you choose.

So, check out the I Rock Behringer photo contest webpage for their rules and then, pretty much get a photo of a Behringer DJ product in any circumstance you deem fitting to get you other Behringer DJ products. Cool, huh? Then just go onto Flickr at the I Rock Behringer photo group and upload your photo, and that’s it, you’re in! Winning, that’s a whole different story, because the contest actually just began 3 or 4 days ago and it’s going to be active all the way until August 15th, so besides thanking me for such an early shout, you’ll probably going to be one of the first people to upload any photos (I haven’t checked the photo group yet, so I don’t know).

At any rate, the jury of the contest is "a panel of distinguished judges", which translates, Behringer-style, into Behringer employees, which is actually nice to do. So if you’ve got a Behinger DJ product that you use, used or know somebody who has one, any DJ product, go ahead and get a really cool photo that would knock the socks off those Behringer employees that probably built that DJ product in the first place.

Do that and you’re on your way to 500$ worth of professional DJ equipment from Behringer, whatever you want, from a new PA system to a DJ mixer or amplifier.
