It doesn’t matter what brand you choose from, most working DJs can admit that purchasing a DJ package is pretty awesome. Expensive, but awesome. Of course, if you buy the package from a high-end DJ supplier, it’ll make the experience-and the products-that much better. For that last reason, I have to give credit to Stanton for creating the DigiPak Pro V4, an awesome DJ package that covers both the experience and high-end quality portion all DJs are looking for.

We all know Stanton has been one of the better DJ suppliers since the ’40s, but their ideas sure haven’t remained in that decade. Over the years, they’ve developed some of the best equipment on the planet–is the DigiPak Pro V4 their one exception?

There’s enough to love about this package that’ll keep working DJs thinking less about its high price and more about the goodies Stanton’s giving out. So before you think about that nearly $2,000 street price, let’s hurry and get to the good stuff.

Not bad. If you’ve seen the packages Numark constructs, you’re probably like me: spoiled rotten and looking for a set of decent headphones. The DigiPak Pro V4 may not have the headphones (what a pity) but at least they have a sturdy roadcase. +1 for Stanton. What else did they pack in here?

The C.324 is the product for any working DJ who wants a convenient  player with a vinyl sound and feel. Special features include:

• Time setting feature to make every loop perfectly seamless
• Slot loading mechanism for CDs

Basically, if you were a fan of the C.314, one of Stanton’s most popular players, then I can guarantee you’ll love its upgraded version, the C.324.

M.212 Mixer: This 2 channel mixer is pretty, durable, and loaded with a ton of DJ equipment features that’ll provide nothing but easy use for every working DJ. Want to know what it features?

• Fader start for both channels
• Line inputs that are compatible with MP3 players
• Bracingly clear LEDs for output monitoring

It’s a simple mixer to understand–in fact, it’s probably one of the easiest mixers I’ve every laid eyes on. The M.212 is durable enough to last long, and has enough features and special effects to keep you impressed and entertained all the while.
