Club Pro MB-10 inch Mirror Ball
Remember the days when people would go to clubs in knee length plastic boots, wearing hair that made a cabbage patch doll look good, and danced beneath the hypnotic reflections of a mirror ball? The decade I’m referring to is the seventies, which some of you may not remember due to youth. The mirror ball that spun with corny grace on top a high ceiling is something pretty much everyone, especially DJs and club owners, can both remember and appreciate.
One of the fascinating things about workingdj.com is that you get to sit around and talk about old-school vinyl taking the foreground thanks to new-school CDs. You can talk about scratching and mixing, and debate which one, when used the most on a track, will get a club up on their feet and really enjoying the sounds of art. And then we can talk about "disco balls" twirling on a ceiling like a lily pad twirling in a black pond. The versatility is hilarious!
I know for a fact that everyone who likes to have a good time is going to love this Club Pro MB-10 Inch Mirror Ball.
Club Pro 10" Mirror Ball
Like the name states, it’s ten inches: a perfect size to make you feel as if you’re dancing beneath the stars. At $34.99 retail, I wouldn’t buy it. It looks sturdy enough, and is a nice mirror ball–better than some others I have seen-but $34.99 is too pricey. Thankfully, there’s a way around that high price; if you look around, you can find this Club Pro Mirror Ball for just ten bucks. With the money you’ve saved, go ahead and buy some corny old records to bring a deceased decade back to life.
The Club Pro Mirror Ball isn’t just for the average working DJ. Everyone can enjoy it! While it’s great for clubs and can easily become a staple in any working DJ’s travel pack, the Club Pro Mirror Ball is great for at-home parties, too, like swingers parties, retro seventies (or eighties) themed parties, birthday parties and a whole lot more.
I don’t think lighting has ever looked this good…I take that back: the Club Pro Starbust System is amazing, and at a really affordable price. So then the 10 inch Club Pro Mirror Ball definitely secures a spot in the second place.
Have fun with lights that are fun.
